Job description


The Group Market Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by performing online research, assessing industry trends, and identifying growth opportunities. This position requires a combination of market research skills and proficiency in data analytics to support strategic decision-making and market entry strategies.

  • Conduct extensive online research to identify and qualify potential leads for real estate business development opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to identify new markets and sectors for expansion.
  • Research and analyze competitors within identified markets to sharpen our differentiation, identify risk, and assess pricing strategies.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to analyze market and customer data, assess lead quality, and evaluate potential investment returns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business development strategies based on research findings.
  • Assist in the evaluation of the feasibility and risks associated with new market opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market research findings, presenting insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of leads and market research activities in our CRM (Salesforce CRM).


Hard skills and experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
  2. Experience in data analytics, market research and lead generation.
  3. Familiarity with online research tools and databases for market analysis.
  4. Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) and statistical analysis languages (e.g., R, Python).
  5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a focus on translating data into actionable insights.
  6. Experience working in a business environment and develop business acumen.
  7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
