Tatu Industrial Park is located in one of the best locations for light manufacturing and logistics in Kenya: 24km from Nairobi’s central business district at exit 11 on Thika Superhighway and 2km from the junction of the Northern and Eastern Bypasses. The area provides excellent transport access to Kenya and the region.

Tatu City’s Special Economic Zone status provides reduced corporate taxes, zero-rated VAT and import duty exemptions, among other benefits.
