The controlled development model at Kijani Ridge allows buyers to choose from a variety of 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom house designs ranging from 300 sqm to 700 sqm. Buyers can also submit their own designs to Tatu City for approval. The Development Control Committee oversees all design and construction works to ensure uniformity and quality in the development of all homes.

The additional Kijani Ridge plots are closest to the planned clubhouse and recreational area, which provide facilities for a holistic living experience. Jogging and exercise tracks designed by Olympian Lornah Kiplagat connect Tatu City’s residential areas to the rest of the city, giving home owners the opportunity to walk or cycle to work or take a leisurely stroll with their families.

Tatu City is already home to more than 50 businesses and two sought-after schools. Upon completion, Tatu City will have more than 30,000 homes, as well as parks and open green spaces all in a live, work and play master-planned environment.
