2018 saw a lot of infrastructural developments being concentrated on the Tatu Industrial Park. Over 20 kms of roads were tarmacked. We are slowly but steadily getting there. When complete the City will boast of over 120 kms of tarmacked roads. In 2019, focus will shift to infrastructural developments on the residential side of the city. Its all systems go for the year 2018. We are going to be seeing a lot of infrastructural developments taking shape from the tarmacking of roads, sewerage lines, power, more companies moving to Tatu Industrial park and the construction of homes at Kijani Ridge. So far the progress has been impressive.
Infrastructure is moving ahead at a fast pace. A range of housing developments are now being constructed, and Tatu Industrial Park is selling out fast. We now have students in our first school, receiving their education on site. We expect residents to begin construction of their homes this year.
