REPORTING ENGINEER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The overall progress of projects
- Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio
- Analyse projects status and prepares reports highlighting all the potential risk and issues facing the project and suitable solutions.
- Assists in prioritizing projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
- Assist in the preparation and review of the requested budget for future projects.
- Proper record keeping of all project databases and updating regularly.
- Creating content in PDMS and updates as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:
- The ideal candidate should have a university degree in civil engineering or any other equivalent engineering discipline
- 3- 5 years experience working in the construction/infrastructure development sector.

ARCHITECT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead in the production of schematic design, design development and construction drawings.
- Review new projects for compliance with the master plan to ensure smooth integration of the project.
- Plan, coordinate and maintain project design schedules.
- Lead the quality assurance team during construction, including site inspections as required,
- Undertake the in-house design of projects that are within the capabilities of the Projects Office.
- Excellent knowledge in plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials and systems.
- To review architectural shop drawings & material submittals.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized University and a Registered Architect
- 5 years minimum professional experience with building design and / or construction industry or real estate investment environment in a similar role.

CLERK OF WORKS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily site inspections to ensure all development are carried out in accordance with DCC policies, procedures, and guidelines. Witnesses testing and quality control activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Assist in the daily DCC administration, planning, and appraisals
- Ensure contractors onsite understand DCC policies, parcel plans, building development, and contractors’ code.
- Carry out a thorough study of the drawings and specifications. Check for errors and discrepancies in the drawings and specifications and report to the Development Control Engineer.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in relevant subjects include building studies, construction, surveying or engineering
- The person eligible for this role should have a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience of site inspector work of mixed-use real estate developments.
- Demonstrate the ability to monitor a number of projects / applications simultaneously from inception to completion.

Project Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with the sales team and analyst to prepare product concepts that are market relevant and commercially viable for the company.
- Prepare project plan with detailed workplans, target dates and allocate task owner for various developments.
- Advice the head of sales on the market trends regarding new real estate/land products.
- Conduct competitor market analysis and report on the same on a quarterly basis.
REQUIREMENTS
Skills and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Project Management /Engineering /Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in coordinating teams and clients.
- Minimum two years’ experience in an analytical role.
- Effective development/project management skills.
