Nick Langford is a Chartered General Practise Surveyor with 25 years’ experience of real estate development in the emerging markets of Eastern Europe, Asia and Africa managing the early stage delivery of several major projects.
Nick is currently Country Head for Rendeavour in Kenya and responsible for the delivery of Tatu City, a 2,000 hectare new city for 150,000 residents with homes, offices, retail, industrial and leisure facilities.
Prior to this, Nick lived in Ghana, where he was responsible for Rendeavour's satellite city development, Appolonia. Prior to that, Nick was responsible for the leasing of Avia Park, Europe’s largest shopping and entertainment centre. In Vietnam, he delivered the masterplan of Green Tech City, Hanoi.
Nick's development experience covers the whole range of property sectors, with the main focus on residential, commercial, retail and hotels.

Anthony has over 10 years’ experience in project management for infrastructure and real estate development projects.
He has served as Lead Project Engineer of Tatu City since 2012, working closely with the project design team to develop the current Tatu City master plan.
Anthony has a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Trine University, Indiana, in the United States, and is a registered professional engineer in Kenya and the United States.

Chris is a developer with global experience having planned, structured, conceptualized and executed mixed-used developments and urban nodes in the Middle East and Africa.
Before Joining Tatu, Chris spent four years as the Managing Director of Athena properties limited a subsidiary of Centum Investments where he developed the Two Rivers Development in Nairobi, Pearl Marina in Uganda and Vipingo developments in Kilifi, Kenya.
Prior to Joining Centum and forming Athena Properties, Chris was involved in spearheading developments across the whole real estate value chain in the Middle East. Among the projects he worked on are Dubai World Trade Centre, Accor Hotels, and Dubai Sports City amongst other iconic developments.
He is also actively involved in charity organisations with a focus on mentoring the African youth and enriching the capacity of less fortunate in the society.
Head of Construction and Delivery

Joram has over 12 years’ experience in Estimation, Construction and management of Building and Civil Engineering projects.
He has worked with several Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultants and Contractors in Kenya, Seychelles, and Tanzania/Zanzibar.
Joram also has experience in Hospitality and Commercial projects.
Joram has a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt University (UK) and also a Quantity Surveyor graduate of the University of Nairobi.
Joram is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK), Registered Quantity Surveyor by BORAQS (Kenya) and Member of Institute of Quantity Surveyors Kenya (IQSK).

Julius has over 20 years’ experience in design, construction and management of civil engineering projects. He has worked with several engineering consultants and contractors in Kenya and South Africa. Julius also has experience in academia, having lectured at Moi University (Kenya) for over 10 years.
Julius has a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and is a graduate of the Technical University of Poznan (Poland). He is a graduate member of the ICE(UK) and the IStructE(UK).
Urban Infrastructure Manager

Elizabeth Mungai is an Urban Infrastructure Manager and has over 10 years’ experience in real estate development. Elizabeth has delivered sustainable master planned urban nodes and institutional planning for a range of high profile projects.
Most recently, Elizabeth worked for Athena Properties where she was responsible for planning and delivery of managing entities for infrastructure at Two Rivers Development.
Elizabeth has a BA in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi and recently completed a Masters in Urban Management from the University Of Nairobi. She is also perusing an internal course in Urban Competitiveness and Resilience at the IHS.

Brian joined Tatu City in 2013 and has over four years’ experience in financial analysis, management reporting and capital budgeting across Eastern Africa.
He previously worked at the Jesuits of Eastern Africa and CIC Insurance Ltd in the budget co-ordination and international fundraising departments. He also underwent financial management training in Spain.
Brian holds a BSc in Actuarial Science from the University of Nairobi.

Charles has over seven years’ experience in design, construction and management of civil engineering projects. He has worked with consultants and contractors in Kenya in design, construction and management of roads, water, sewer, buildings and irrigation projects.
Charles has a degree in Civil Engineering from JKUAT and currently pursuing a master’s degree in project management. He is a registered graduate engineer with Engineers Registration Board of Kenya (ERB) and The Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).

Jayanti is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Life Member of The Indian Institute of Engineers, with over 40 years’ experience in Construction, Management, Projects, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing and Consultancy.

Blasio is a seasoned Project Electrical Engineer who has been involved in large projects such as Ananas Shopping Mall, Thika Road Shopping Mall, The Hub Karen Development, Inflight catering facility at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nakuru Meadows for Tamarind Properties and many more. He joins us from Loadline Engineering Services MEP consultants where he served as a Project Electrical Engineer.

Josea Kamau has worked as a Transaction Administrator at Tatu City since 2015. Prior to joining the Tatu team, he served as an in-house paralegal at Anjarwalla & Khanna Advocates.

Allen is a lawyer who has vast knowledge in conveyancing and has previously held the post of Head of Conveyance at Akoto & Akoto Advocates. He was key in the sale and purchase of tracts of land at Konza City and a number of real estate companies, where he was involved in transacting and drafting legal documents. He has also previously worked for Fadhili Contractors and KASNEB.

Shazeen Rahemtulla holds a Bachelors Honours in Business and Commerce in Economics and International Business from Monash University. Since joining Tatu City Limited in 2012 she has served the company in various capacities. As the Marketing and Communications Manager, Shazeen is responsible for brand development, corporate communications, media management, research, and planning & delivery of marketing and advertising strategies for the project. Shazeen also manages the Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio for Tatu City.
